Community Supported Agriculture in Chagford: The relationship between people, risk and conventional food production Part 2 Dissertation 2017 Bryin Lindoe University of Brighton | UK Chagfood and Chagfarm are two small farms in Dartmoor that offer an alternative to conventional food production and distribution. The two farms are defined by the close relationship between producer and customer and the way in which risk is shared between them.This research contextualises these farms within the global market and the EU and details how they are contributing towards stabilising the local food economy.
