This building is reconfigured as a height, neighbourhood. The social life is maintained in common places, in the courtyards that articulate life in community and those who privileges the act of walking, to be an observer through and between different areas in the building. I refer to a user who supports ethnography as a privilege: the observation and build their process in relationships, interaction, communication and contact with its neighbours and the visitors who pass through.
