For this reason, we began the process through the development of critical reading exercises, writing, project analysis, redrawing of original planimetry, 3D reconstruction, and the elaboration of interior and exterior perspectives. The research approaches the study of the architectural works of the firm Obregón & Valenzuela, where the project as an urban, tectonic and habitable entity, acts as a device of order for its surrounding environment, they experimented with sense and consistency, some devices of modern architecture adapted to the diverse geographical, cultural and urban conditions of the Colombian cities where they were located. The categories of analysis that guided our approach to the study, arisen from the review of the works themselves: Organicity, developed extensively by Frank Lloyd Wright in his theoretical reflections; habitability, approached by critics such as Robin Evans in the analysis of the internal logics of housing; and tectonics, a notion developed by the researcher and designer Helio Piñón in the book Theory of the Project. These categories were consolidated through a process of trial and error, which determined the structure of the research by scale and program.
