Consciousness versus Object’s Phenomena_ A Celestial Exploration Part 2 Dissertation 2022 Ana Stan University of Huddersfield | UK This piece of writing, composed as a glossary, strives to experiment with the relationship between objects, their environment and their users, 200 years in the future. The project investigates philosophical themes through a fictional narrative that comes as an argument for the broader changes that we need to make for our planet. It is a work of Utopian ambition questioning the hierarchy between objects and humans and exploring the principles of the life of objects in an unknown world; the space. Central to this dissertation lies the research question, “How do we transcend our cultural, physical and psychological boundaries in a world of OOO?” The fictional narrative of the Consciousness vs. Object’s Phenomena_ A Celestial Exploration (CvOP) project should draw attention to all things of the Universe of all scales, from atoms and brain cells in space to cosmic materials, with the scope of contemplating on the interaction and relation between the living and non-living.
