Automation Center Part 1 Project 2020 Shaikha Mohamed Abu Dhabi University | UAE Soon we will be having autonomous technologies and robots surrounding us at every turn. Robots will no longer be considered a mere science fiction. Today innovators are competing to create the future, alongside; the governments are toward making the future a reality. The Automation Center project is an institution of innovation and inventions that will give a unique opportunity to imagine, build, test and display innovative ideas and designs. The project will house researchers, designers, innovators and new learners to target sustainability through utilizing technology; thereby creating a safer environment to reduced carbon emissions and gasses. The project aims to introduce a new infrastructure in the city through the ‘Drone’ technology. The Drone port will explore the impact of the drones in the near future and its third dimension consequential transformation of the urban space. Today, Drones are fast developing technology in both Commercial and non-commercial sectors, in verity of uses. Therefore, introducing the Automation center is a much-needed step for a better future. The Center is a tool to get prepared for a future of artificial intelligence, nanotechnology, solutions to global problems, and target sustainability through technology to create a less carbon emission future.
