The barnyard, serves as a hub for villagers and an entry point for tourists. A corridor preserves daily routines while providing access to homestay units, functioning as a shared area for villagers, tourists and guests.Village-Integrated Living StructureThe homestay design separates from village residences but maintains connectivity. The barnyard and homestay’s public areas act as buffers. Villagers continue barnyard activities; guests access units via internal paths. The free room allows direct village entry for long-term solo stays.Responding to Traditional ConstructionVillage homes use wood, stone, and rammed earth—local materials with minimal decoration. The homestay echoes these methods to blend into the village.2) room in the Natural EnvironmentThe sloped site was terraced into four platforms. Each cluster leverages unique terrain and vegetation for distinct guest experiences.Communal areas integrate courtyards and natural views.3) room as Temporary Home6 standard rooms, 2 larger rooms, and 2 free Rooms are grouped into four clusters, each with unique features.Semi-public spaces mimic village interactions, fostering "neighborhood" relationships among guests.The design avoids conventional hotel layouts, integrating rooms organically.
