TERRA: XXI Century Habitat Part 2 Project 2020 Valentina Piza Pontifical Xavierian University | Colombia TERRA: XXI Century Habitat, located in Bogota, Colombia is a multiscale project that redefines the way of living, changing current dynamics and ensuring people's and city's wellness by applying concepts such as equity, nature value, human scale and connectivity. Starting from urban planning, where the cell was created, “a city inside the city” where pedestrians, nature, sustainable transport and mixed uses are seen everywhere.It is a place designed for the people and their necessities. TERRA, building placed as articulator between nature and urban life in the cell's heart, creating a physical and virtual environmental connection, from the main street to the river, to the wetland, and from the ground to the rooftop, bringing nature and life to the whole building. It also creates the opportunity to have human collectivity by creating holes within the volume disposition, providing meeting spaces and relationship creators between people and its environment, finally there is a services and mixed uses network strategically thought and placed in order to make more efficient people's life, bringing variety of activities, different work styles, housing, leisure spaces and public spaces with different programs.
