The Time Phase Part 1 Project 2017 Hanbyeol Jo Korea National University of Arts | South Korea Hongeun-dong has been changed by time. People left Hongeundong as the redevelopment policy, but it's finally cancelled and rather many empty houses have emerged in Hongeundong. This project deals with redevelopment but not the same with before. Time is used as a key-tool. Firstly, a headquarter is built to make benefit. With this income, they develop the whole district.
