Who Is London For? Part 2 Project 2019 Naomi Rubbra Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL) | UK 'Who is London For?' challenges the assumption that you can possible decide what should be done to a place if you’re an outsider looking in, and proposes a new methodology of doing architecture alongside the perspectives of its users. Composed through the use of POV video recording and research into post-occupancy engagement tools, this project establishes what matters to a collective of residents on the Elthorne Housing Estate - what constitutes a good life? - proposing an innovative architectural agenda from the scale of the body, the street and the neighbourhood.
